Be sure to ask about cancellation policies and what is furnished. The lodges and cabins we have lined up are around $79 per night. Most rooms and cabins come with 2 beds and some have 2 rooms so you can share a cabin and split costs if you want to. Be sure to mention you39re with the Model T club when making your reservations. Trailer parking is in the empty lot behind the lodge.
Thursday: We will leave Leakey around 11:30 for lunch in Concan and on the way back ride through Garner State Park and play in the water, swim or hike around the park.
Friday: We will drive through Campwood, Barksdale, Vance and on to Rocksprings for lunch. On the ride back we will stop by Devils Sinkhole State Natural Area.
Saturday: We will be driving on scenic roads through Utopia and Tarpley on the way to Bandera for lunch and shopping, and driving back through Medina and Vanderpool on the return trip to Leakey. (This will be the highlight of the tour.)
Sunday: Go home.
