Space City T's

The 36th Texas T-Party will be held in Lufkin, TX starting with a "bonus day" on Wednesday, October 2 and ending October 6.

The Wednesday pre-tour will include a short drive, several Lufkin attractions to see on an individual basis, and conclude with a car show and burger burn at Al Meyer Ford. Thursday will be a drive to Rusk for a half-day train ride and lunch. That evening will include an ice cream social at the Hotel. Friday we'll tour the new Naranjo Natural History Museum, have lunch in the pavilion on Lake Sam Rayburn, and tour the Cookie Factory in San Augustine. Saturday will be a short drive to Nacogdoches for some antiquing, and t hen return for the banquet at the Crown Colony Country Club. Sunday will conclude with breakfast.

We're using three hotels which are in the same complex:

Each hotel includes breakfast for two people. Mention the Texas T-Party when you call. Parking will be on a nearby all-weather lot. RV's can dry camp on the lot, or nearby RV campgrounds are Scenic Acres, 2940 S John Redditt Drive 936-632-1813, or Laurel Plaza, 1212 Reen Drive 936-634-5275.
